Linus Torvalds made an appearance and actually entered the conference dressed in a Tux suit for the first time .... the pic's can be seen here;

Be warned the pictures are large and not the best of quality - probably best viewed with a broadband connection, but the thumbnails will give you a decent overview. Unfortunately work commitments prevented me from attending any of this - but life's like that.

i so wanted to goto that but i couldnt get the funds together to get over to perth now i regret it that torvalds showed heard the rumors but everyone dismissed them and i really wanted to heard rasmus speak but oh well it moves every year so hopefully sydney next year good pics btw
