Linux Newbie Manual
While googling for Linux comparings to the old but trusted DOS - commands I hit the next url.
It's a really good guide for Linux-newbies to understand this OS.
As I had some problems to understand the structure of Linux, ' cause I always compared it with DOS, I think this one could give a good insight.
Unless there are some pretty good tut's made by some members here, I'd like to put this one
parallel to those tuts.
Hope you enjoy it !

Hey Shrek,
I see that you are looking for some Linux basics. Here is a link to a post I made in a thread that is over in the tutorials forum.
http://www.antionline.com/showthread...hreadid=239117
It has a few commands that you may find useful while you learn the OS.
Regards.

Thnx Horse13,
Yeah, saw it , printed it and tried it. I'm getting it piece by piece. I always liked DOS, so I'm also enjoying the prompt from *nix.
There's also a nice tut from Negative : http://www.antionline.com/showthread...readid=239178.
See you around,
