I am soon going to write a (very) small forum for my site. And I will probably give out shell accounts to the people who sign up... My question is how do I add/delete or change details of users in Windows/Linux. In other words I need to add the users to the Win32SAM files or /etc/passwd and set their permissions in PHP. Anyone have any ideas?
