Thread: Should i sue Microsoft ?

  1. #11
You should not sue microsoft. They can do whatever they want on thier sites. even though it may apper to be censorship. it is a non public site. therefore you follow thier rules. just like getting banned from here. that is the way it is. unfortunatly.

Hey Invader in was nice to know that you have a group going on back there to educate other people about the computer security. And I am so sorry and angry that Microsoft banned your web site.

Man why would you register with something which have anything to do with billgates. You know him we all know him. He is a known crook and a cheat who stole ideas from other people and become some billionaire. I bet if he has to come to college today and write a encryption codes using linux he would be peeing in his pants and crying his eyes out. The guy is a *****.

So anyways have you started any new web site about the same topic you started before or still working on it? I am so excited about your new web site and want to visit.

    Good going.

    P. S oops soory it is not linux it is C

Hate to say it but I agree, I don't think you would have a chance at all buddy.

Remember, you put the content on MS's servers, and by doing that you bound yourself to the agreement you checked--'I agree'. MS has worded their TOS in such a way that they can and will remove any content they wish to and do whatever they want to with it. If I were you, I would've backed up the information--especially since it is in regards to infosec, which can be a touchy topic--and especially since its on MS's own servers. At a risk of being redundant, sueing (sp?) MS for something like this seems impossible. 'They' can stack years of papers and lawyer's fees on top of you, remember Erin Brockovich?
Have you filled out an ID-10-T or PEBKAK form lately?

I think you should restart your group elseware and have a section dedicated to hacking microsoft products .Then let them know what there crappy discrimination leads to ,one good turn deserves another .Posting your troubles to a bunch of other microsoft forums might put some pressure on them and make ya feel a little better .

No. Just don't sue Microsoft. Just thinking about it should make you smack your self in the head. You are thinking about suing the most powerful software company EVER. They've got better lawyer, they're rich, and like s0nIc said, microsoft has gotten away before. just do the smart thing. walk away, and get your own domain
\"Look, Doc, I spent last Tuesday watching fibers on my carpet. And the whole time I was watching my carpet, I was worrying that I, I might vomit. And the whole time, I was thinking, \"I\'m a grown man. I should know what goes on my head.\" And the more I thought about it... the more I realized that I should just blow my brains out and end it all. But then I thought, well, if I thought more about blowing my brains out... I start worrying about what that was going to do to my goddamn carpet. Okay, so, ah-he, that was a GOOD day, Doc. And, and I just want you to give me some pills and let me get on with my life. \" -Roy Waller
