Something on AO. Could you be a little more descriptive than that? Cuz I can't help you unless I know what specifically it is you want to decrypt (sorta need to know the algorithm and all that)

Ok. First off, that's a scam. They will take your money and you won't get anything in return. Anything that promises you make X number of thousands of dollars in a few hours you should be suspicious of. Reality is you need to do work.
Second, that's a word document that didn't parse well. If you copied all that into a document, named it lame.doc you should be able to open it with word. Unless it's uuencoded and I think winzip opens uuencode (not positive). Either way, what you are seeing isn't really encryption as much as machine langauge.

This threat is a mess... What I think the problem is (in-head decoder) is you get messages encrypted with PGP software and you want to be able to decrypt/encrypt them at your school. The school doesn't allow you to install software though...
It should be possible to suply some kind of perl script with the jeys you use etc etc, and make that script parse it to some PGP programm (I don't think the perl script itself would be able to do it). AFter that the script sends you the output or something. I never heard of someone doing this, because it's pretty useless.
Is this about decrypting pgp without the software ie you want the algorythm or different software ? Or is it about circumventing your school's security stuff ? In both cases you'd try search google or suply more information...
?!?
