What OS are you using? If you are using m$, try Wingate.
As for proxy chaining...
RFC2607 covers "Proxy Chaining and Policy Implementation in Roaming"
Here is a utility that is for *nix.
Here is another for linux.
Thats just a little something to get you started. Google turns up some pretty good results...

Sounds interesting... What would be some of the benefits of proxy chaining? And maybe some disadvantages. Thanks

Machinehead: Benefit. . .security, the more proxies you go through, the more likely you won't be able to be traced through all the proxies to your originating IP address. Cons. . .could possible slow down your d/l, u/l speeds, especially if your on a a fast connection from your end.
Every now and then, one of you won't annoy me.
