Easier and more effective to install a debian system and use exim/sendmail and mailscanner which can be used with a proprietory virus scanner as well and spamasassin.

little tip tho, make sure u go to the debian site and dload the testing version of mailscanner and satisfy the dependancies, there's something wrong with stable.
