This was a survey done by Fydor on insecure.org. I believe that over 1800 persons filled out a survey by insecure.org, so this list is a compilation of all those surveys

I posted the same info earlier this morning on this thread: Another Great Web Site
There are a lot of good tools there. I already have links for most of them but I am going through and adding the missing ones to my Free Tools list.

Yours definitely has a more eye-catching and on-topic subject title. I need to work on that in the future.

After more than 400 posts I still call my threads with the most boring names I can find. You will have to give me your secret to make good titles d0ppelg@nger 
I had already explored the old list before and I found in it the huge majority of security tools I use. I will check the new one now. It is really an useful list.
