Your right on that, it may be a disorder, but nothing can excuse crime.
Kinda like from that Toby Kieth song "take all of them badboy's and hang em high in the street" or in this case bad mother.

now just watch the trial lawyers try to suggest she was just going to "clean" the kid as her motive.

Yeah, and Scott Peterson was just down by the border with bleached hair, a gotee, and 10,000 buck's because he got a credible death threat. "a satanic cult killed her"
I swear, i now fully understand why people hate/love lawyer's.

Personally, I think the woman should go to jail. And what was up with putting her in one, pulling her out, then putting in the other? Those washers don't lock UNTIL you put in the money, and turn it on...so, if it were a game....part of the game included putting in the money, AND starting the cycle? No my friends, this was an attempt of killing her daughter, any way you look at it. . I mean, SHE STARTED THE FREEKIN LOAD!!!!
Sorry about that, I just can't believe a someone could EVER do that to a child
Because I am a woman, I must make unusual efforts to succeed. If I fail, no one will say, "She doesn't have what it takes"; They will say, "Women don't have what it takes".

What I can't believe is that they ar e only charging her with chhild endangerment.
Let's try attempted murder, huh?
Anyone in their right mind (and I'm not saying that she necessarily is...) would know that putting a little kid in a washing machine will kill them.
Above ground, vertical, and exchanging gasses.

Man to bad for that law about cruel and unusual punishment because if it weren't for that then I think they should try her case and Texas and see what kind of punishment they would give out!
