Did you ever wonder what made him tick, what forces shaped him, what may have molded him? I am a hacker, enter my world... Mine is a world that begins with school... I'm smarter than most of the other kids, this crap they teach us bores me... Damn underachiever.

Thits is a Great site but i cant understand WHAT U R FOR-> I mean AO has a LEGION of hackers who gather HERE, on the other hand they dont want any crackers here(thats what I understand) .

No, the majority of people here are information security professionals who are exchanging information to combat script kiddies and the like. If you took a little time to read the posts here you would understand this. Perhaps the title of the site isn't clear enough for you.
