Ha, oh please Green bird, i'm pretty sure i came up with that on my own. Is there something you would like to inform me of.

    edit/

I can back up my little "joke" with facts if you like. Whatcha say?

"Ha, oh please" Framework, you did not come up with that.

I've heard that Hillary joke more times than I care to count. I heard it twice (counting you, 3 times) today on those news networks, and it never fails to show their lack of originality or humour. Their over used, ridiculious puns show that.

Some people are not as funny or original as they believe them selves to be.

    But, to each their own.

You can "back up your joke" if you want, but it will just be from biased sources, and even those will be questionable. But I was commenting "on your joke ". Nothing else.

Have you already read the book? I haven't yet, and I doubt you have either. You'll just be going off of other people's assumptions. When I read the book (and when you have too) talk to me about it then.

    Take care suga'

Ok, i deleted my response to your last post. I am working on humility, it's not as easy as it sounds.

PS: I did too come up with that line, and if you hear anyone else using it, send them this message for me: You owe FrameWork royalties for that line.

    Much love.

back on topic... i do want to point out... whether bowling for columbine was a documentary in the truest sense of the word, and whether or not it deserved documentary awards is not the only relevant issue involved. even if you take away the award, there were many good points in the film. as for untruths and propoganda spreading that he has been charged with... you really can't believe either side fully... you can't fully support him nor can you fully oppose him in my opinion becuase both sides are spreading propoganda, both sides stretch the truth... i say if you look at the film as an opinion film and from an unbiased stand point it does rasie some good questions even if some of the facts are skewed.... well that's my 2 cents... i'll be quiet now before everyone gets pissed

You'll have to excuse my stupidity. But then, how am I to know that the factory at the start made rockets for satellites? He painted Heston as some sort of devil, when that is anything but true. My point was not about the message of the film - it was about the dishonesty throughout the film. This deception in turn colours the truth of what he is saying, since it's only there to enhance the 'story' and to help his film be successful (NRA & KKK, the constant degradation of Heston's character etc).

I didn't say that he said they were connected officially. He has not actually lied at any point in the film. But the misdirection he employs is purposefully deceptive and dishonest.
