What good is a list of links with no details of what is at that site? This has been bitched about before....

My favorite is tgtsoft.com... which is Style XP... I use, it does the job, and is simple to use.

I go to www.themeworld.com for desktop themes for my windoze box and http://themes.freshmeat.net/ for Linux/bsd they have some pretty cool ones there
