This how i did it through iexplorer i what to page setup and did this

scaled printing

page size 11x17 (scaled print)

scaling 82%

printer paper size custom

when you go to print preview you get the whole image then print it out the image will print as the image preview I hope this works for you i have images to show how i did it but i'm having trouble uploading them to here.This got me start today i wasn't going to giveup until i figure it out lol
