Apache Server

Hello everyone,
I have tried my best... but couldnt find the appropriate answer.
I want to know, How can I use Apache server on Windows XP?
I got across a phrase that Windows XP uses Windows Installer 2.0 in reference to this.... but i couldnt make out anything out of it.
