Interesting philosophies
Some scientific philosophies for ya... decide for yourself
When a cat is dropped, it always lands on its feet, and when toast is
dropped, it always lands with the buttered side facing down. I propose
to strap buttered toast to the back of a cat; the two will hover, spinning
inches above the ground. With a giant buttered cat array, a high-speed
monorail could easily link New York with Chicago.
The earth may spin faster on its axis due to deforestation. Just as a figure
skater's rate of spin increases when the arms are brought in close to the
body, the cutting of tall trees may cause our planet to spin dangerously
fast.

I heard that on the discovery channel, but there reason is that the moon is slowly moving away from the earth like a inch every couple years and over the next thousand years the moons gravity wont affect the earth's so it will start spinning real fast and the start flipping over and **** like that. Im glad i wont be around to see that happen.

Why not just butter the cat?
Above ground, vertical, and exchanging gasses.

You guys have this gravity thing confused. There is no gravity, the earth sucks.

If the earth start spinning faster, will the centrifugal force decrease earth's gravity?
that would have been a little nice.
At least in the beginning.
