Nt Authority\System problem
I have a P III Laptop and Win XP is installed on that.
I am facing a problem of automatic shutdown. Whenever, I log on to internet a system error message pops up that 'The system will restart after 60 seconds'. I performed a full scan of hard drive with the help of Norton and nothing was found. There is something written 'Nt Authority\System' on the error message. It happens again and again whenever I connects to internet. By the way, I am using dialup connection.
Is the above problem clear or should I type the whole error messag, if you guys are percieving problems understanding it. Any help or information in this regard will be highly appreciated...

That means absolutely nothing if your AV defs. are not updated.
Microsoft's got a great article on the msblaster worm that might be of some use to you. Check it out here: http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp
It\'s 106 miles to Chicago, we\'ve got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it\'s dark and we\'re wearing sunglasses.
Hit it!

Congrats, you have been hit by the blaster.
This is a link to download a file that will find and delete the infected files; (from Network Associates).

Hold up you need to see what version you have because from what I was hearing that there is a mutation that will crash your system if you try to download the Patch.

The link that I posted previously should not have any problems removing any blaster strain.
