The Republic of Valhallistan is a tiny, pleasant nation, notable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed population of 5 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
The large government concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Commerce and Education are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 24%, but much higher for the wealthy. A large private sector is led by the Trout Farming, Basket Weaving, and Beef-Based Agriculture industries.
Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Valhallistan's national animal is the dragon and its currency is the ruby.
I don't believe my main areas in the private sector are Trout farming (someone needs to keep all thos mIRC people supplied  ) and Beef (we'll say nothing about that one >_< )
