Very Harsh, I would recommend GateWay GoBack 3.1. After you reinstall windows install this program. It allows you to revert your computer to and day after its installation. If you get a problem or virus just do a goback to a day or so before you got it and everythimg will be fine. I would recommend reading this http://www.theeldergeek.com/repair_...ie_and_oe_6.htm

After your done reading this you can eithor try that and if that doesn't work reinstall windows, or just skip that and go staraight to the reinstallation.
