Funny ass Thread, unless you work for Dell lol
I found this tonite as I was trying to understand how Dell gets such a consistent rating of "Excellent", in customer service year after year.
I feel for poor shmuck who is moderating this forum.

haha, the sad thing is it is true. The place I work at loves DELL so I have to order the crappy things but the tech support is alright (first thing they say is a doctored up way of saying: did you restart your machine?) the poor bastards. anyway...Funny
