whether everything that has gone wrong in Calif is Davis' fault is now irrelevant. It seems that the electorate blames the leader and picks the next person based on "feelings". This is the democracy in action right or wrong.
I hope arnie knows what he is doing, as, obviously, gov davis did not seem to, otherwise....
