I think this thread should be deleted simply due to the amount of curse words in it. Not everyone at this site is an adult, in fact, I'm sure most are young teenagers with a thirst for knowlegde. What happens when one of them is trying to learn about logs and comes across this thread. Knowing kids today it would probably be no big deal to most of them, but there would still be a few that would be hurt by the foul language in here. So please delete this thread.

Ok firstly i can judge you because i was once a hacker.
I'm not proud of that either, i did stupid things when i was younger, and i regret it all.
I got sent to prison for defacing a website, ok So i can call you what ever the fruit i wanna call you.
And if you had any skills then why the fruit are you asking about log files/.......
What you gained root to someone's server and now you wanna know were the log file is located so you cann delete it so that the person won't realise that you were there....?
Well if you arn't a script kiddie then you should know how to clear the log file.
And if you were my Mum then i'd knock you out for putting me up for Adoption when i was born.
Well that's all i gotta say about this subject.

Ok i was once a hacker like 4 years ago.
I did 2 years in Prison, and since i've gotten out i NO LONGER do that sorta stuff, it's a waste of time and not worth the trouble.
Fine me and a friend have still got a old Warserver setup, but that is mainly used to see how well we can setup up a Server....
And i use that information at were i'm employeed to make the server better.
Anyhow

im sorry if i caused any little kid or anyone for that matter to lose interest in or no longer want to learn because of my language. There was no excuse for that. And for that im am truly sorrry. As for being your mom. my bad man, I had no idea and it was wrong of me to bring her into it, and i hope one day you guys can be reunited. I have learned that this site is not what i orignally thought it was but it is still a valuable resource of information.

i am no longer running "servers" for the crew.
- and im currently going for my A.S. in network engineering with a focus on security.

I don't know if I believe you about the last part, I assume you're being sarcastic. I just wanted to say that since you created this thread Gangstah, you have the power to delete it. Since you said in one of your posts that you knew how to mess with the logs, I believe it is no longer needed and you can delete it. So please do so.
