which free OS is optimized for dual CPU
i just got dual P3 733MHz. which OS should i run? i wanted it to be OpenBSD machine.

You can't go wrong with linux. It supports dual processors easily. I'm sure you could do the same with OpenBSD, but I don't know exactly how much support and documentation that OS has. I'm actually going to be testing it out shortly. Your safe bet is Linux.

You can also use RedHat or SuSe, these distributions are compatible with the most hardware.
