You could have obtained this Trojan any number of ways. Kazaa porn, email attachment, warez, etc..
My advice, run primarily on a limited account, that way next time a Virus/Trojan comes along it won't be able to execute itself with the appropriate permissions. And always scan before opening any attachment or installing any program.
