Adobe products are probably coming shortly (less than 18 months) to Linux due to it's increased popularity in
the publishing and animation/graphic design market.
This past summer we did some contract work for a visual arts studio that made the switch from IRIX to Linux. I was
surprised to see how many high-end commercial graphics products are already available for Linux and how
good they were. By the way, any of you visual arts types ever used SoftImage|XSI? These guys are very talented,
but all of us (the unartistic Unix contractor types) were blown away by some of their concept work they showed us
using this product.
