Using Stardock's Windowblinds/Object Desktop/Object Dock/Icon Packager on XP Pro
The skin/icons/wallpaper is Last(Cobalt), and the Trillian skin is Aikon2 (Blue).

*Edit, damn it's resized it and made it look all ugly.. It's supposed to be in 1280x1024 (On a 22" monitor)

Your background reminds me of the /\/ | \/\ video for closer. There is a part in the video where Trent licks the Microphone, and it just reminded me of that.

Is there a program or setting that makes the start menu transparent in xp? Oh and by the way I'm moving to either red hat or slackware soon, where should I go for mods?

LOL yea, Trent Reznor prolly uses SuSE. I should remake march of the pigs and change it too "March of the Penguins".
