Ok I've updated my list.
I wanted the Bastard Admin's job
lol
I wouldn't mind getting enough money to build another computer just for *nix. Maybe a 200GB HD so I can install a bunch of different ones. I think I would also like a Geforce 4 FX 5900 Ultra.

My list is short... cause I get myself anything I want througout the year...
A ski trip for the weekend with the gf (hotel/cabin should have a hot tub)
The roof rack for my new 2003 jeep liberty.
The roof top travel bag that mounts on the roof rack for long trips this summer.
A bike rack that mounts on the back of the jeep.
If I don't get those... the I suppose I'll just get them for myself.
What else is a x-mas bonus for? To spoil yourself, of course!
Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.

I want a new car. Mine leaks gas onto the exhaust pipe so the whole car reeks of gas, the window roller-upper-thingy falls off all the time, the tape deck doesn't work, it leaks oil like a sonofabitch, the door handles stick open, the power locks are siezed, the turn signal handle doesn't stay so I gotta hold it, I gotta wiggle the light switch to get the headlights and taillights on at the same time, and the fron wheels are out of alignment so I can't go over 50 (~30MPH) if there's more than a light dusting of snow. (Maybe I should write all of that down somewhere in the car so next time I do some work on it I'll fix all that stuff)
But hey - the engine purrs like a kitten and the heat is hot enough to burn skin, so who am I to complain?
Nah, I still want a new car for christmas.

I just got a new Seagate 120 GB hard drive for $59.99 ($149.99-$90.00 rebate), if you can believe it, so I'm looking for boxed sets of Red Hat and FreeBSD to fill it with. My box is pretty good, however it came with just a 60 GB HD with two NTFS partitions, WinXP already installed. Well, I'm tired of the ceaseless rebooting, so I'm going linux! Yeah, and to go along with that, I want some linux tees from http://computergear.com as well as their binary clock (looks real cool). That's about it for me!

I changed my mind. I will take a less expensive laptop. And I want this:
http://www.linuxcd.org/view_item.php?id_version=206
Maybe not that exact thing, I would like to have Suse in there in place of fedora, and Gentoo instead of College linux, and Libranet instead of MEPIS. That's what I want for Christmas. PM me if you're interested in getting me at least the set of distros and I will give you my address to send them to me or you can give me yours to send you the bill. Also, does anyone have experience with ordering in bulk from them. If I just picked the same amount of distros as this pack has, but diff ones, would it be the same price or more?
I'm quoting my own post here but oh well. I emailed linuxcd.org about switching those distros and here is the response I got:
Hi,
You want to remove 6 CDs and add 8 CDs. If you really want that, the
price can't be the same. The price will be $43.00 and I need the version
of gentoo you want (i686 or Athlon xp).
Regards,
Guillaume

Objet : about a deal
I was just wondering about this deal and if some of the distros within
it could be interchanged:
-------------------------------------
LinuxCd Packs -> Try Linux Pack (TLP)
Kernel Version -
Architecture ix86
Number of CD 22
Released on 07/02/2003
Price 40
This cds can be downloaded on the distro page ... This Pack contain :
Mandrake 9.2 (3 Cds), Fedora 1 (3 Cds), Knoppix 3.3 (1 Cd), Debian 3.0r1
(7 Cds), Slackware 9.1 (2 Cds), College Linux 2.3 (1 Cd), FreeBSD 5.1 (3
Cds), MEPIS 2003-08 (2 cds)
-----------------------------------------
I copied and pasted that from your website. I was just wondering if
some of those could be interchanged and it still be the same price. I
was thinking of adding: Gentoo, Suse, and Libranet, and removing
Fedora, College Linux, and MEPIS. Can this be done. I know I can order
them, but could I have those in the deal for the same price instead of
what's actually in there? If not, what kind of deal would I be able to
get on that combination?
Sounds pretty good eh. I think I'm going to have santa clause get that for me for Christmas.
