Changng her password is about all she can do beyon contacting AOL.. and they probab;y won't do squat.
If the password has been changed, then assuming she filled out the email form with a valid address, she might still be able to reset the password if this person hasn't changed that already. If he/she has, then contacting AOL is about all that can be done.
