Ytunnel has lots of boots.. bad idea. YahElite and Ymlite are unbootable but you won't have the web cam feature anymore. They have the options mind you but if you want to be unbootable you have to sacrifice.. and yes they are more often than not pointless to have. Also check out www.geocities.com/trolling_around for an instant messy that works with yahoo. It's bootable but it automatically logs you back in and it doesn't archive so you dont' have to worry about offlines containing boot codes. Also, trillian is not capable of connecting to Yahoo Servers anymore. Jam is the only other one I know of that can so give trolling_around props for getting past that issue.
