    Flash Movie Needed

    I need some one to make a flash movie for me..i am making i site for a friend in school, and i need a flash animation for it..but i dont want to make one..i am willing to pay for one

    what colors?
    what kind of cool animation?
    duration?
    repeating or just once?
    does it need any interactive elements (buttons etc)
    size limit
    style

    etc etc
