Video Card & Linux Question
I'm trying to get RH9 up and running on my box, however I have discovered that my video card is not compatible (damn SiS ). I checked the linuxquestions.org hcl and saw that GeForce FX 5200 cards are compatible, but they did not appear on the RH9 hcl. I was wonderring if anyone else has one that is working, or if anyone knows that it won't blow up my box if I buy one and shove it in.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks, h3r3tic, but I have not installed it yet. I've just checked the hcl's to see if I'm compatible before I buy a boxed set (got dial-up), and I saw that SiS cards were not supported, and any drivers they offered (haven't seen any on their web site) were buggy as hell. So, I found a GeForce FX 5200 card for $100, so I wanted to make sure it would work before I bought it. Obviously from your links they do work with a little tweaking, so I'll give 'em a shot.
Thanks again
