hackthissite.org is a great place to tset your knowledge.. I see a couple people have mentioned it already... Oh well, the volume of posts saying that you should check it out should prove something to you its worth a click!

You bet its cool! I have no idea what I'm doing on that site (I have no hacking knowledge), but its still fun reading the forums... Its different to be on the other side of the coin for once... I usually see the aftermath (IE: my aunts computer being overrun by 43 viri! lol) So, its interesting to learn from expirence what these guyz and girls are thinking when they are trying to break into a site.. Very interesting

www.hackerslab.org is my favorite, but I'm stuck on level7 until I can figure out how to unshadow the password and stuff I got. I don't know how to put this into a shadow and pass file so I can run an unshadow program on.

Buddy! First of all, we don't hack computers! Well, most of us don't... We are all just here to learn about network security. It may be for work, or it may be a hobbie... But we are all here to learn... Perhaps you should browse the forums, they are very educational, or maybe go into the AO chat room in IRC... Do something useful!!! Don't ask people to teach you to hack! This is a security site, not a hacking site... Come here to learn so you can create, don't come here to learn to destroy...
