You will need to find your product to get drivers etc. for it.
I would also try running <add new hardware> from the control panel to see if a graphics card or chipset is detected.
I was unable to determine whether your machine has an independent graphics card in an AGP or PCI slot or whether the graphics are part of the motherboard?
Basically Windows has loaded a default driver that will run almost anything, but in a mode that is equivalent to safe mode.
Another approach might be to go into device manager select your display adapter, click on the <remove> button then restart your computer and let Windows re-detect your video. Have your Win98se Cd handy when you do this.
