Thanks for pointing this out. I'd been seeing some errors myself but hadn't gotten around to checking out their cause yet.

I just made changes so that invalid journal links will send you to a normal error page ("invalid journal") rather than the DB error page... also edited the code for journal lists on the main journal page so that links to the journals of deleted users will no longer be included.
