mjk, I am also learning assembly using AOA. I would suggest reading cheesball's x86 assembly tutorial: http://www.antionline.com/showthread...readid=178578. And read the tutorials on his website http://www25.brinkster.com/cheeseball/. In the assembly tutorial #2 of his he mentions where to get masm 5.0 which is what you need instead of masm32. Here is the link to get it http://users.ece.gatech.edu/~hamblen/489X/iotest/. You want to download MASM.EXE and LINK.EXE.
