Use css to make the needed changes.
For the background element use
background-image:url("wall.gif");
and for the table height use either:
height:356px
or
line-height:356px;
Whichever suits your needs.
Its good to see people making attempts to keep their pages W3c compliant. You should always make a valid attempt to keep it up to standards.
