OK..i didnt not do anything to it!..i just shut it off (via the back switch) and let it 'rest' over night....in the morning...it worked fine!...i am puzzled.....maybe my swearing and ranting had something to do with it?....it was really weird....

The problem is...now...at times it runes redonkulesly (my word..patent pending) slow

    any ideas?

    Oi!!!

    Butt~

Have you run those AV/Malware scans in safe mode?.........if not...............do it!

Yes I have some very good ideas of your problem, but I need you to eliminate all scumware first

Now you go to your uninstall and get rid of all those game demos, software demos and stuff....If you have any illegal, pirate "warez" crap......get rid of that as well..........

Don't ask why...............just do it.............hell I have had enough problems with straight test software!

When you have done all of that, and if you still have a problem, please get back

    Cheers

    Hi David,

Thanks very much for your feedback, we appreciate that!

I am sorry that I gave you a whole variety of things to try, it is just that I always believe in getting the kit up and running and the user back on line. I understand that this can be a bit frustrating, as you might not be sure exactly what cured the problem.

If you want to, I think that you can start re-activating some of the features you switched off. Start with the screensaver for example, but only do them ONE AT A TIME, and check for stability afterwards

My personal view is always leave the sleep/snooze off, as that seems to be generally unstable to me.

Good luck, and thanks for the response
