Can't say I have ever heard of anyone applying for a copyright on child pornography?

I think that there is a need for clarification of Piracy, Copyright, Bootlegging, and Breach of Contract. It seems to me that the only people who benefit from ambiguous, hybrid legislation are lawyers?
