    I suppose another solution to "unbind" would also be to build up a "receive only" ethernet cable.

    Or, uninstall TCP/IP from that interface.

    man... it was staring me right in the face.

    ifconfig eth0 up promisc
    *should* activate ethernet interface 0 in promisc with no address... I hope.

    Yep.. just tested... works fine.
    Quitmzilla is a firefox extension that gives you stats on how long you have quit smoking, how much money you\'ve saved, how much you haven\'t smoked and recent milestones. Very helpful for people who quit smoking and used to smoke at their computers... Helps out with the urges.
