    Spy Sweeper?

    I've used this for a while and seems to work great, but for some reason I keep getting popups, which is from GAIN or an IE plugin that can't be deleted for some reason, it keeps coming back. How do I get rid of that? Anybody else use spysweeper?

    I wouldn't even mess with Sweeper. Switch to a Spybot/Adaware combo and that should fix all of your problems.

    Run those programs in safe mode, then manually delete whatever they miss. Delete the GAIM folder, and delete the spyware found in your COMMON FILES folder.
