One thing I take into consideration is where the business is located. Say I have to drive 1 hr to get to the location I will charge 50 - 100 for travel and then I will charge my fee of 50 -75 an hour. However if I know that the company is within 20 min I will tell them I am giving them a deal on the travel and I will cut the travel out.
