Since you didn't reference India in your initial post the people that have been here a while will look to the side of the post to see the location you entered there. Putting the Kremlin, which would be most unlikely, comes across as a little flippant. Your second post in the thread then seemed like you were being obnoxious as well. Hence the reaction you got.
I'd just forget about it and continue on. You'll do fine if you think about what you post and help us understand the situation clearly.
