As was asked before, what do you mean by "logging". Be more specific or we cannot help you. Give us details, man, details! Are the customers just sitting there playing and suddenly they are kicked from the game? Can they still get websites when this happens? Can they reconnect right away or do you have to reset your DSL or Network or something? How about the Internet only machines during this time? How do they work at the time the gaming machines have trouble? Can you ping websites during this time? (i.e. google.com) And, last, but not least, how do you normally fix the problem when it happens?
