    did you encrypt your ntfs hard drive?

    u dunno. is that the default? how can i find out if my hard drive is encrypted?

    i figured it out... in order to access the mounted hard drive and copy the files i had to use root and all of the shortcuts to xmms and stuff are started by the regular user, so i have to start xmms as root in order to view files that i copied off of my hd.
