We need more information fast .......what's the name of the user account? It may be a system account and deleting it may cause problems.

you are using windows XP, someone was still logged on in the other account and it was asking you if you're sure you want to shut down. Don't worry, next time when you switch accounts, make sure you log the other one off, or click YES when you shut down.

Edit: Nevermind, user posted while i was posting.
ASP.net is a default account (I forget what installs that), but it shouldn't be an interactive login that would cause that message to popup?
There is only one constant, one universal, it is the only real truth: causality. Action. Reaction. Cause and effect...There is no escape from it, we are forever slaves to it. Our only hope, our only peace is to understand it, to understand the 'why'. 'Why' is what separates us from them, you from me. 'Why' is the only real social power, without it you are powerless.

guessing from ur account detail i think You have windows xp and as u say u didn't created that limited account that means check your main account for trojan horse/ as creating account can be done only in administrative account(i.e. yours). So check your diska and also delete that limited account (if u don't need it, just in case).
Hope it helps

Relax...............it's a system account. Google up some information on ASP.net.
