svchost.exe
Hi, I recently been having problems with the svchost.exe process, it keeps my pc running at 100%. I'm running an amd duron 2200+ pro and windows xp pro. I would apreciate any help.
Lately my cpu has been stucked at 100% because a process called
svchost.exe(its not the virus, i've double checked it)I dont know what
is causing the process to work this way. I've been using this pc for 5
months and I never had problems at all, since 2 weeks ago. I would
apreciate your help.

Do a search of the AO threads. There is quite a bit of information there which may help you resolve your problem. Also, do a search on Google as there a numerous sites (including ac couple from Microsoft) which are dedicated to helping solve such problems.
If you can't find anything there, come back here but give some more information (such as other processes you have running, what you mean by "eating up speed", etc.)

Straight from a Google Search
This thread at MajorGeeks should help you resolve (or at least troubleshoot) the problem. Do some research next time.
