    help- Windows 98 not shutting down

    hi and thanks for a quick response as usual
    when shutting down widows 98SE i get message windows is shutting down and it stays like that ...............nothing is happening after that. Just stays with that message.

    there is patch for WIN 98 SE about this issue. take a look at MS site
