I don't think this idea will work .. what if you post something that doesnt help someone for a couple of months then someone finds it useful oneday and they want to assign you positive aps but they cant because they cant assign them. If you say something dumb that gets you negged just delete the post. It may offend people 2 months down the track so if you have not deleted it by then you deserve to get negged IMO
