    Okay, maybe I should've used the word "mentioned" a single member and said his name out loud, but whatever.. since you asked:

    I noticed when I opened front2back's profile that under the 'security posts made by user' the 'hardware' forum gets listed.
    I understand that helping someone in the hardware forum is 'being helpfull/contributing' to the site but its not directly security related.

    It's quite possible for post in hardware to still be security related..... Just a thought....

    I posted it in 'oops a bug'
    Since my posts in this thread ( my original post stated 'should i post this in another forum ?') has no use now any more I removed the posts I made in this thread.
    To keep it logical perhaps the ones that replied to me should too.

    I used him as an example yes (nothing wrong with that) and I named him so that other users would be able to see it too.
    As you can notice, I removed the posts and posted it in the proper forum. (oops a bug)
