More than likely it was a snare web site, if the report is true at all. A site set up to capture and trace any visitors to it. And even then, they would have to see repeat visits to be able to prove cause and it most likely would be child porn.

no according to the reports it was not a sit it was on google.
they were on the image section and typed in pre teen or little girls or something and the police rushed round

3rd and 2nd world countries tend to arrest people for no reason lol. The fact of the matter is, if you did something bad enough for the authorities to want you, they can get you. With the cooperation of ISP's, it's really no harder then tracing an email...
Unless you live in a 3rd or 2nd world country, and you aren't a regular visitor of any kiddie porn sites then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

honest officer, i was there by accident and my computer always enters my credit card number in ever form it sees...ya gotta believe me
unless you take precautions like chaining reliable proxies there is always a direct trail to your computer.
