Well,

when I open IE, I get popups from the hijacked Homepage, should I post a HJT log?
I would suggest your first move is to make sure you have gotten rid of all your adware/spyware. One of the major problems with that stuff apart from bringing systems to a halt is that they can cause rather unpredictable results in legitimate applications.

I would suggest that before you do anything drastic:

1. Download AdAware6 and SpyBot Search & Destroy, update them and run them in SAFE MODE
2. Do the same with SwatIT (be patient it takes a long time, but is very thorough)
3. Get the latest CWShredder and run it
4. Get the 30 day trial of Moosoft's "The Cleaner" and run it.
5. Run PC-Cillin's "Housecall" online scanner
6. Go to the Microsoft Windows Update site and make sure your OS, ActiveX and IE is up to date.
7. Get Belarc Advisor, run it and check that none of your Windows updates have red "x"'s next to them.

Then run HijackThis

Cheers
